Pet friendly hotels in Savannah

Hotels in Savannah, Georgia where our source data confirms pets are allowed. Fees and room limits vary - confirm with the property.

  • Pets allowed
  • 32 qualifying stays

Pets allowed is a clean field in our source data, so this shortlist is one of the more reliable ones on the site. The conditions are not: fees, weight limits and eligible room types change often and are set by each property.

Savannah's Historic District is laid out around 22 surviving squares, which means almost every block has a shaded green space on it. Staying inside the district puts Forsyth Park, River Street and the Cathedral Basilica within walking distance. Many of the properties here occupy restored 19th-century townhouses rather than purpose-built hotel blocks.

Common questions

Do these hotels charge a pet fee?

Most do, and our source data does not carry the amount. Check the property's pet policy on Booking.com before you book.

How many hotels in Savannah made this shortlist?

18 properties cleared our criteria and 12 are shown above, ranked by Charming Score. The highest-scoring is Olde Harbour Inn, Historic Inns of Savannah Collection at 9.2, with a 9.1 guest rating from 743 Booking.com reviews.

What do these stays cost?

Indicative nightly rates for the shortlist run from about $152 to $429 in our data export. Rates move with date, season and availability, so the figure on each card is a starting point rather than a quote.

What is the Charming Score?

It is our own 0-10 selection score, not a guest rating. It combines the Booking.com guest score (45%), review volume (20%), property class (10%), amenity fit (10%), independence and property character (10%) and price positioning (5%). The full method is published on the Charming Score page.

Have you stayed at these hotels?

No, and we do not pretend otherwise. Our selections come from guest data, property facts and location, not from first-hand visits. Our editorial policy explains exactly what we do and do not claim.
