Romantic hotels in Palm Springs

Romantic hotels in Palm Springs, California, filtered on guest score and couples-relevant amenities rather than marketing language.

8.9+ guest score
42 qualifying stays

We do not decide what is romantic about Palm Springs - we filter on the facts that tend to matter to couples and let you judge the rest. That means a guest score of 8.9 or higher plus at least two of spa and wellness facilities, a terrace, a restaurant or a bar.

Palm Springs is low-rise, mid-century and built around courtyards. The San Jacinto mountains sit directly behind the town, so mountain views are a matter of which way the property faces rather than how high it is. Pools here are not an amenity, they are the layout - most of the classic small hotels are organised around one.

What is the Charming Score?

It is our own 0-10 selection score, not a guest rating. It combines the Booking.com guest score (45%), review volume (20%), property class (10%), amenity fit (10%), independence and property character (10%) and price positioning (5%). The full method is published on the Charming Score page.

Have you stayed at these hotels?

No, and we do not pretend otherwise. Our selections come from guest data, property facts and location, not from first-hand visits. Our editorial policy explains exactly what we do and do not claim.
